At Rougarou Mead & Meats, we take pride in every product we make. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want you to feel confident every time you order.

Food & Seasoning Products Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. All seasoning sales are final once the seal has been broken.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Rougaroumeats@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Satisfaction Guarantee If your sealed, unopened product arrives and you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Apparel Unworn, unwashed apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
